JUST AS ICEBREAKERS CLEAR FROZEN WATERS TO ENABLE CONTINUED TRADE AND EXPLORATION, THIS COLLECTION HONORS THE MATERIALS—ALUMINUM, STEEL, BRONZE, AND BRASS—THAT EMBODY TOUGHNESS AND RESILIENCE. THROUGH A METICULOUS PROCESS THAT BLENDS FINE ART AND INDUSTRIAL PRECISION, THESE METALS TRANSFORM INTO EXPRESSIVE, SPONTANEOUS FORMS, CAPTURING BOTH THE BEAUTY OF RAW MATERIALS AND THE ELEGANCE OF REFINED CRAFTSMANSHIP. Full of art, design, and meetings with old and new clients. Also attending some gatherings where I meet the best of the superyacht industry.
I left the city despite some troubles at the end with a very positive outcome and full of hope for the new year..

The Port of Picasso
In 1895 the Ruiz Picasso Family arrived by boat at the port of Barcelona, as the father has obtained a position as an art teacher at the Escolapio de Bellas Artes de la Lotja where Pablo at the age of 14 was set to study.
At this time Barcleona was already an important artistic center and as such it plays an important role of the skills and artistic development of the young Pablo Picasso.
For more than 40 years the family Ruiz Picasso would live in Ciutat Vella always close to the port, playing an important inspiration for his works of this periods creating paintings that will mark a pillar for his later revolutionary style.
Without these years of formation and exceptional talent he wouldn’t be able to break the rules of art later on after 1904 when he moved to Paris and set the new rules of Cubism
